Test · I055–I060 coolant circuit integrity, then the HV end-of-line rig signs the unit off
Unit of production = the inverter (serials INV-). Line served by AGV-B (solder paste, SiC modules, busbar kits, gate drivers, potting resin — small kanban bins, ~10–15 min cycles). Good units palletize at I060 onto PAL2- transfer pallets (×4); AGV-B hauls them to the lineside stock beside A044 (the marriage buffer: 2–4 delivered pallets, target 6–16 units, pulled one PAL2- at a time when it drops below 6 + one pallet) — one INV- married per e-axle; shipping pallets only fill on overflow.
