Everything on this plan is live simulator state. Receiving: consolidated supplier trucks (TRK-) are ordered when a rack
hits its reorder point (8 of 24 boxes) and unload after a real lead time. Racks: one slot per material, the source the
store shuttles draw from — an empty rack means a short pick and the shortage propagates to the line supermarket, the AGV
and finally the machine. Semi-finished: PAL1- rotor pallets (×5, hauled by AGV-A) and PAL2- inverter pallets
(×4, AGV-B) buffering the E-Axle hall. Shipping: sealed FG pallets (PALAXL- / PALINV- / PALBAT-) stage until a
carrier (OUT-) collects them. Banknote is excluded — its substrate lives in the secure vault with escorted movements.
